Industrial Power and Perfect Assembly in Technical Adhesives
FİXA’s high-tech technical adhesives offer high-strength solutions in the most demanding assembly tasks without the need for mechanical fixings.
Our hybrid, MS Polymer, and polyurethane-based formulas enable you to establish fast, reliable, and long-lasting connections in your structures and industrial production.!

What is a Technical Adhesive?
High-tech products used to bond different surfaces with high strength are called “technical adhesives”. Being the strongest alternative to mechanical fixing methods (screws, nails, etc.), these materials reduce stress by spreading the load across the entire surface. They provide perfect adhesion on surfaces of different characters such as metal, glass, wood, and concrete. In this way, speed increases in both production processes and site applications, Aesthetic and robust results are also achieved.

Why are Technical Adhesives Important?
- Increases Structural Strength: Strengthens joints by optimizing load distribution.
- Provides Labor Savings: Reduces application time as it does not require drilling and screwing.
- Aesthetic Appearance: Offers a clean finish without leaving any connection marks on the surface.
- Corrosion Resistance: Prevents rusting by sealing connection points against moisture.

Which Products are Used in Bonding?
The most common materials used in technical bonding are high-strength assembly adhesives. These products are generally manufactured from advanced raw materials such as MS Polymer, Polyurethane (PU) and Hybrid technologies.
- MS Polymer and Hybrids: Flexible materials that can adhere to any surface, widely used especially in moving joints and damp floor installations.
- Polyurethane Based Products: Preferred especially in heavy metal and stone installations due to the high strength they reach after curing.
- Other Products: Surface primers, cleaning sprays, instant adhesive activators, and application guns.

Questions You May Have About
Technical Adhesıves
While instant adhesives fix in seconds, assembly adhesives form a skin in 15-20 minutes and reach full strength within 24 hours.
- Yes; since it does not require drilling, screwing or mechanical labor, it shortens the application time and provides significant savings in total project costs.
If the product has not yet dried, it can be wiped off with technical cleaners; however, after full curing, cleaning is only possible through mechanical (scraping) methods
Products can generally be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight in their unopened packaging for 9 to 12 months.
