Our integrated solutions, consisting of high-performance sealants, silicones and foams, complete the insulation performance and maximize your energy savings in both winter and summer.
It offers options to choose the most accurate sealing material or technical adhesive for every stage of your structure.

What is Sealing?
The process performed to completely cut off the passage of air, water, dust and noise at the connection points of structural elements is called “sealing.” Professional sealing is the most critical step for protecting structures against external factors and ensuring sustainable thermal insulation performance. Controlled airflow is completely blocked using filling materials in joints, window perimeters and structural cracks. This increases energy efficiency in buildings, eliminates the risk of moisture and corrosion and maximizes indoor comfort. Sealing materials serve three basic functions:

Why is Sealing Important?
Sealing materials play a critical role in ensuring structures remain weather-resistant and energy-efficient. For correct performance, the most suitable sealant for the substrate materials must be selected:
- Product Description: Expressions like “sealant” or “filling material,” purpose of use and raw material info (silicone, PU, etc.) are included on the packaging.
- Consistency: High-viscosity products are preferred for vertical joints, while low-viscosity products are preferred for horizontal joints.
- Hardness (Shore A): Represents resistance to deformation; as hardness increases, flexibility decreases.
- Weather Resistance: Resistance to extreme temperatures, sun and moisture.
- Durability: The ability to protect color, volume and structure against environmental factors such as UV and temperature.
- Elasticity Modulus: Low-modulus products have high movement capability.
- Adhesion Property: Provides leak-proof adhesion to concrete, wood, metal and ceramic surfaces.
- Staining: Pre-application testing is recommended on porous surfaces such as natural stone.
- VOC Content: Controlling volatile organic compound levels is important for health.
- Cost: Replacing a failed filling is more expensive than choosing the right sealant from the start.
- Usage Areas: Purposes such as joint filling, sealing, or bonding should be verified.
- Packaging: Instructions on forms like cartridges, tubes or pails must be followed.

Which Products are Used While Providing Sealing?
- Polyurethane (PU) Sealants: Provide high flexibility in expansion joints, precast panel connections and roofs.
- MS Polymer Based Sealants: Hybrid solutions that can adhere to all kinds of surfaces (including damp ones) and can be painted.
- Silicones: Provide antibacterial protection in wet areas (kitchen, bathroom), glass and facade connections.
- Acrylic Sealants: Economical fillings used in indoor static joints and baseboard edges.
- Polyurethane Foams: Provide heat and sound insulation in the mounting gaps of door and window frames.

Questions You May Have About Sealants
It varies depending on the size of the application area and the type of sealant selected.
The EN 15651 standard is taken as the basis for sealants and silicones. This standard determines the technical criteria that guarantee the product’s elasticity, UV resistance, and durability in the application area.
It varies according to the application site; PU or MS Polymer sealants are ideal for exterior facades and moving joints, while silicone sealants are best for wet areas.
During application, professional sealant guns, polyethylene backer rods for joint depth adjustment, primers that increase surface adhesion and masking tapes are used.
-
- After the surface is cleared of dust and oil, the joint filling material (sealant/silicone) is applied without leaving any gaps. Then, it is smoothed with a spatula to provide a complete sealing form.
